A Message From Our CEO

During this time of unrest and protest in our communities and nation, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the values we hold dear at The Connection. Our commitment to compassion, equity and inclusion remain paramount to our core. We commit to learning more, doing better and being better so that we can make our agency and our communities a place where the safety and dignity for all is embraced.

The Connection works every day to help people obtain homes, healthcare and jobs, restore dignity, avoid arrest and incarceration, and reconnect with families. These are small but tangible ways in which our agency helps our communities heal from the injustices around us, which make a difference in many lives each year.
