WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Fannie Mae Foundation and Partnership to End Long Term Homelessness presented the Connection Fund the Maxwell Award of Excellence on Friday at the seventeenth awards ceremony. The Fannie Mae Foundation also awarded the Connection Fund a $75,000 grant to continue its work in the field of supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals. The award was granted for The Connection Fund’s Legion Woods supportive housing facility for disabled individuals.
