What do you do at the Connection?
I am the Director of the Eddy Campus in which I oversee three programs, The Middlesex AIC, The Eddy Center DOC Residential Program and the Eddy Homeless Shelter.

What do you like most about your job?
What I like most about my job are the people. The Connection, Inc. employees are wonderful people who are truly dedicated to human service. I enjoy the daily challenges in working with the Criminal Justice population and affording people an opportunity to make positive changes in their lives.

What did you do before working at the Connection?
I was a Hartford Police Officer for twenty years retiring after a very successful career.

What is your educational background?
I have a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Central Connecticut State University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior from The University of Hartford.
