A resource and referral center for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.

Located in downtown Norwich, Connect4Success is designed to help individuals who are re-entering the community after having been involved in the criminal justice system. The program helps individuals identify and utilize the appropriate resources to maximize their chances for success.

Through case management and groups, individuals are able to focus on the positive aspects of their lives and pursue fulfilling and productive endeavors. Connect4Success provides assistance and guidance as clients re-enter the workforce, educational opportunities and reunite with their families.

• Life Skills and Educational Development
• Substance Abuse Groups and Refferals
• Housing Referrals
