Improving access to recovery-based services for women.

Our mission is to assist women in their transition out of treatment into the community by maximizing the use of existing resources through care management of residential treatment services.

The Women’s Behavioral Health Specialist works with women who are transitioning out of a treatment facility back into their community. The program provides guidance to the resources available to the women as they move back into the workforce and their daily life. By connecting the women with resources in their community, they are better able to build a support system that will help them remain clean and sober, productive citizens.

Services provided include:

• Identification of services available for women and their children
• Facilitate linkages with community-based recovery support services
• Intensive case management
